Mondays are always difficult... begin another day, go back to work, return to "reality" where things are sometimes difficult, unpleasant or is just not our cup of tea. It becomes especially difficult when the day brings with it some disagreeable situation that getting out of bed becomes such an ordeal.
So what inspired me today?

It is true, isn't it? Nothing is so bad that it will always be that way. Just as nothing is so good that it will remain forever good.
And why did this inspire me? It reminded me that despite the many things that make us busy (angry, happy, impatient, crazy, etc) each day, we only have today to really live.
So let's live each moment and enjoy every minute of it. Difficulties are temporal. Happiness is fleeting. There is no better day than today.
